LICENSED PA REALTOR SERVING THE GREATER PHILADELPHIA REGION
About me…
Having been fortunate to work in several service-based industries over the course of my professional career, I've been able to develop the necessary qualities that have enabled me to offer top-notch services as a licensed PA and DE Realtor. Ultimately, I work for you.
I was born in Philadelphia and moved away twice, deciding to make my final return long-term after realizing what this wonderful city currently offers and the potential that lies ahead.
Having nearly a decade of teaching experience has also allowed me to make integrity and trust the bedrock upon which I develop relationships with clients, just as I have always done with my students.
Whether you’re a first-time or repeat homebuyer, seller or investor, my objective is to be of value to you while minimizing the inherent stress associated with real estate transactions by facilitating the process on your behalf.
Serving you with a heart of a teacher, literally. A snapshot of my approach is described below. Feel free to contact me to get a complete description of the specific set of services that I’ll provide.
Step 1: Develop a Relationship
It’s no secret; realtors come a dime-a-dozen. You’re free to select someone else, however, I’d love to be of service. I encourage you to interview me. My hope is that you get the sense that I will serve you with integrity while prioritizing your best interests as I help you navigate the dynamic and stressful process of buying or selling real estate.
Step 2: Develop/Execute a Plan
Everyone’s situation is unique. Whether you’re buying, selling, or even both, an individualized plan tailored to your specific needs will render optimal results that would satisfy your real estate goal. Once we identify your goal, we’ll map out a plan to get you to the final step.
Step 3: Accomplish the Objective
From the initial consultation all the way to the settlement table, and beyond, I will be in constant communication with all parties involved with quick response times. We’ll have reached the end of the journey once you’re able to dangle a set of keys in your hands to your newly purchased house, or are able to hand a set of keys over to a buyer at completion of the sale of your home.
